File a Complaint

Often in the repossession business, we encounter experiences that are displeasing, especially for the consumer. Having your vehicle repossessed is never a pleasant experience. However, The Repo Company is concerned with your rights and we strive to ensure that each and every repossession is conducted in a professional manner, keeping your rights in the forefront. We take every measure to reduce your risk of harm, either physically or fiscally. Sometimes though, problems arise.

Often if you speak with the repossession agent or the management staff at The Repo Company, some of your frustrations and confusion can be reduced by a simple explanation of the process. We understand this is not the most pleasant experience to go through, but we are not responsible for the decision to repossess your vehicle.

If the actions of this agency or our agents leave you with concerns, please address our management with your concerns and we WILL do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We appreciate every opportunity to rectify any problems that might arise. A formal complaint may not be necessary to resolve your issues, but it is always an option for you.
